This study of the book of Ruth comes from the book, RETURNING HOME: An Old Testament Christmas Story by Dr Ron Sheveland. This study, though emphasizing some Christmas parallels, can, of course, be studied at any time of year. Below is an introduction, followed by the five episodes of the narrative. You are encouraged to read the book of Ruth itself before you proceed. Or you can listen to the audio version at the bottom of the page.
